Hello!

I’m Danielle Atkins and I’m a homeschool mom to three, forester and land sales agent who specializes in helping women and families create their land legacy dreams.

I have worked closely with landowners across the state and saw firsthand how overwhelming generational land decisions can feel — especially for families navigating inheritance, succession, and long-term stewardship.
In 2016, I began developing programs to support women who had unexpectedly inherited forestland and didn’t know where to start. That eventually led to developing my own consulting businesses. Over the years I have reinforced that land isn’t just property — it’s responsibility, opportunity, and legacy all at once.

By 2025, I have helped families from across 29 states and impacting over 40,000 acres.

By 2025, I have helped families from across 29 states and impacting over 40,000 acres.

But here's what matters most:

I’m not just advising families from behind a desk.

I’m a wife and a homeschooling mom of three. My husband Daniel and I actively manage our own 41 acres of mixed hardwood and pine forest. We raise our children on this land. We learn on it. We work it. We make decisions about it. We steward it.

So when I help a family evaluate 15 acres… or 350… I’m not thinking about just closing a deal. I’m thinking about how that land will function for real life — for children, for education, for work, for timber, for wildlife, and for long-term equity.

It's more than business...

My husband, Daniel, and I are both Georgia Registered Foresters (yes, we know the irony...) Together, we’ve spent over a decade helping families manage timber, improve wildlife habitat, establish food plots, build access roads, reforest properties, and steward land sustainably.

We believe land is a biblical responsibility.

Genesis 2:15 reminds us that we were placed in the garden to tend and keep it.

That responsibility didn’t disappear. It still applies — to timber tracts, small homesteads, and legacy properties alike.

Every client relationship begins with clarity.

Every property begins with a plan.

Because buying land without understanding it is risky.

And managing land without direction is expensive.
